Question: “ Ma-Ryah, I find that 1 week before my daughter’s monthly period she always complains about stomach cramps. This usually lasts for only a day. Do you think this is an emotional issue that is manifesting into the physical pain she is feeling? How should I approach her about her emotional issue if it is one?” Madeline, Iselin, NJ

Answer: “ God’s blessings. This is Ma-Ryah from the higher realms of God. We shall scan your daughter before we answer this question.

We find her to be still young in her years and in her growth. Some of this shall improve for her in the coming years and yet some of it will remain with her. Be sure to have physician examine her if this causes her great discomfort. We do not find much discordance nor do we find great denseness in the energy within her ovaries and womb. What we do find however is a very slight narrowing of the right fallopian tube. When she ovulates and releases the egg from her right ovary she experiences discomfort. Some of this shall improve as she ages and her fallopian tube expands very slightly. It does not entirely correct it’s self and so she shall always know when she is ovulating.

We do not find any great emotional reason for her discomfort other than what we find in many females who are not always too excited about having their monthly menses. Perhaps you are able to help her see it as a gift. There are many different ways the woman way is celebrated in your world and is seen as a wondrous occurrence. Perhaps you are able to have a discussion with her to assist her to see this part of a woman’s life is indeed a great and beautiful moment. Many cultures in your world mark the beginning of the monthly cycle as a coming of age...the transition from child to woman. Like the moon, the stars, the ocean and the seasons, woman has the cycle of life within her.

That is all. God’s blessings.” Ma-Ryah
