Question: “ I was going to ask you if the reason for hate was because of fear...the question was answered. I want to be in touch with myself and sometimes I am without realizing. Elizabeth seems to be coming through me as I think of you. I know I must meditate more. Will that help me to bring Elizabeth when I wish her to and not just anytime? Dumb question...I think she is also typing for me. I think of Sharon and you often..with love...How can I help my neighbor to understand what I feel without scaring her to death? I think she thinks of my beliefs as witchcraft.” Betty Cullen, N.J.

Answer: “ God’s Blessings! This is Ma-Ryah from the higher realms of God. We are pleased to hear from you 20+1. It is many linear years since we last speak with you. Yes, you do indeed answer your first part of this question. Hatred is caused from fear. If one is not in a state of fear one is not able to create and exist in hatred. A human being only picks up hatred when they seek to divert focus from their own self and direct it in a negative, judgmental way on to another. It is the withholding of love. Perhaps your task at this point in your life is to become conscious of self. We understand though in your asking this question you are referring to the inner self, the self often unseen by others. The self you seek to hide out of fear it is not able to be received, accepted and loved by another. As you become familiar more often with this inner part of self you shall find there is nothing to protect this part of self from. Your guide Elizabeth does indeed seek to communicate with you though she is not communicating as often as you believe. Often, such as in writing your question, it was not your guide. How can you tell when it is you and when it is your guide? When you find judgment, such as when you judged your question as being dumb. Judgment is always the human. Your guide does not judge for she is beyond the ego state. She understands every question is vital or it would not be asked. Rather it was an aspect of your own self. Elizabeth is very willing to work with you and to assist you to choose when she communicates and when she does not. Meditation and knowing self is the first step. Also the realization that your guide will not ever cross the barrier of your consciousness without your seeking her counsel. She may seek ways to let you know she is around you and seeks to communicate though and then you may choose if it is a moment in time for you to communicate with her. All you are to do to assist yourself in this manner is meditate, be open and be willing to see all parts of self. Create an agreement with her for communication and know beyond any doubt she will not break that contract with you. We appreciate the thoughts you send to our self and the Vessel.

How can you help your neighbor without scaring her to death? First to see where within you lives and exists the belief the words you share with her will cause her to react in fear. Know these parts of self and seek to comfort this part. Is it a belief which now serves you and benefits you or does it limit you? Does it not feed the thought of self that you have no control over what knowing comes to you? Does it not also justify the belief that you are not able to have your full self, including the perceptive inner self to be seen and accepted? Work with these questions and in honesty answer them for your own life and thoughts. When you know the words you share do not bring harm, when the words you share assist and lift another they do not have the ability to harm and therefore has no reason to fear. Also ask self, the things you seek to impart to her....are they for you or for her? As you read these words were you aware of the clench occurring in your solar plexus? This allows you to know it is fear in you with thoughts of witchcraft rather than fear in your neighbor. She is not able to show to you what is not found within self.
