Question: “ My friend, Marianne is experiencing cancer in several places in her body. What can I do as a healer to assist her with this challenge? Would one modality of healing be more beneficial than another? “ Debbie L., N.J... Answer: God’s blessings! This is Ma-Ryah from the higher realms of God. We find cancer in many organs of this woman, not only several of them. She is a woman who is currently using the traditional medical treatment of cancer and has much belief within this modality. She has a very strong will and uses that will to over come many of the effects of this illness as well as the treatments. Presently she is doing better than she has done in the recent past. Because she chooses to use the traditional medical treatment of chemotherapy and radiation she is able to be assisted to have this treatment be as successful as possible for her. One way to help her is with energy work whether it is Reiki, Sound Healing or Acupuncture to create a balance in her body. This will assist her body to make best use of the treatments and help to minimize the adverse effects. Another way is to use guided imagery, hypnosis, to assist her mind and body to awaken and strengthen the healing ability of her own body. She also has very strong beliefs in the power of prayer and her Spiritual beliefs. Therefore prayer is very powerful for her. Laying on of hands with prayer also used will assist her greatly. Speak with her. Listen to her and hear what she is saying. Respect her words, her thoughts, her beliefs and her strong will for life. Ask her what she desires to receive from you and others to support her journey of healing and then do all you are able to do in order to fulfill her desires. She is also artistic and is able to tap into this part of herself to create in an artistic way the journey of healing and thus enhance her own healing.
