Question: “ First, I want to let you know how much you have helped me. I felt your Spirit pass through and over me and let me know of allergies that I later found to be true through medical testing too. My stomach issues have dramatically increased. Thank you for coming to me.

My last question to you involved my searching for Spirit and your answer had to do with my sense of not being worthy. I have become more aware of this feeling and have been working with affirming mantras to assist me ( similar to your letter to self idea which I just read about in your Archive). I would love some guidance on where that sense of unworthiness comes from? I do feel the tools I am using are helping. Is there anything else I could be doing to help grow in this area? “ Liz L.

AnswerGod’s Blessings! This is Ma-Ryah from the higher realms of God. It is our pleasure to assist you. We do find however that your stomach difficulties have decreased rather than increase. We see you are also aware of this.

The shadow of not being worthy is a shadow held by many human beings. The first perceived incarnation in a moment in time is often the life when this core seed begins. Each consecutive life time seen in a linear awareness of time builds upon this core seed, or shadow, until the seed thought, belief is seen and then transformation begins until ultimately what begins to be experienced is the knowledge you are worthy. In order for the belief of unworthiness to be continued to be experienced the shadow or belief of not loving self is often also experienced. Self judgment, criticism, condemnation and such is experienced and this in turn validates the belief of unworthiness.

In light of this, then a place to begin to transform the shadow of unworthiness is also to begin in knowing and loving self. It is important here to remember most human beings know love in the conditional understanding of that state of Being. When we speak of self love we are speaking of unconditional love ~ no judgments, condemnation or rejection of self. We do understand for many human beings this is a challenge. You are taught to love others, yet rarely are you reminded to love Self and through that Self love you also love others. Often you are taught in your world that to love Self is to be selfish, vain or arrogant. These are aspects of humanity which live and are found in the shadow of unworthiness or in the shadow of not loving Self. If you are not able to love self just as you are without judgment, reservations, conditions and such ~ how then is another able to love and receive you in that way ~ or for you to love and receive others?

How then are you able to transform this script, this shadow? In the archived section of lessons, you will find the lesson of the different levels of consciousness. This lesson is able to assist with the knowledge and understanding of how many layers of this belief exist within self. By doing this lesson you are able to receive understanding of how often the shadow of unworthiness is and has been validated by the life experiences you have. It is not so necessary to seek a time frame to fit the information within in order to transform this shadow. Ultimately, does it truly matter whether this belief is able to be traced to a moment in linear progression of time in 1285 or a moment in 1975 or 2008? No, ultimately what matters is the awareness you create upon this belief, shadow and script and seek to transform it, here and now in the life you are conscious of now.

You are also able to seek knowledge of who you are. Observe your response in life. How do you interact with others? What intention of each day do you set for self to experience? Upon review of this intention, did you experience your intention or not? If not, where did you leave your intention, stop responding and instead reacted? If yes, what information are you able to receive that you were not conscious of before? How are you able to apply this consciously to life and experience self acceptance, compassion, understanding and ultimately love for self? Remember, in order to truly love another you are to love self for if you do not, you shall instead experience the reflection from another what you seek to know within self. When creating upon the shadow of love for self and others what gets reflected back to you is validation and justification to feel unworthy and unloved.

You have many tools to use in your world to see your self more clearly as others see you and therefore reflect back to you what to believe of self in the shadows or light. Perhaps you are able to video tape a moment, a day of your life. Or perhaps you are able to video tape and speak as though speaking to another and speak about your self. What dreams are held? What is the vision held of self? What are your choices to experience moments of life yet to be known? What dreams have not been fulfilled? When have you felt the expansion of self and felt in sync with all others and all things? When do you feel isolated, separated, rejected or judged? Later watch the taping of self and observe your own self as you would observe another. Watch it as though this is indeed someone you may be interested in knowing. How do you speak? How do you walk? How do you interact with others? Do you appear to be at peace or do you show the burdens, the scripts you carry? You are able to consciously observe and listen to conversations you have with others. What words do you use most often? Observe, do you whine? Is so, then you are able to see this is a belief held within the child aspect of self and thus have a place to begin... Do you criticize, judge or blame? All of what you observe gives you information and understanding of who you are, here and now.

You are able to look upon photos of self from this seen life time. What do you remember of your life and creating with others from that moment in time? Be conscious of any judgments or criticism you have towards self from that time frame. Be aware, do you have compassion and empathy for you in that moment or do you judge, condemn, blame, ridicule and reject your self in that moment? Be aware of the aspect of ego which seeks to judge your self in a moment past, based on the knowledge and experience it now has. Gently remind the ego you created in a particular moment without consciousness of that knowledge, wisdom and experience you now have.

Look for areas within your life when you create upon a choice, only to reject and criticize self with the outcome. Remember, your ego’s have had full rein and empowerment in your world for what is seen as a ‘long time’ in the frame of time. Your ego is very wise, intelligent and very clever at creating upon the shadow it was told to experience when ‘first’ experiencing the human self. Remember to give your ego new instructions. You are able to tell it the new task is for your ego to show you now ~ moments of love, kindness, acceptance, compassion, celebration of life and all who you share the experience of life with, and moments of being enough.

Ask of others to write for you to keep, their words that you may take out to read as often as desired. Create a journal perhaps for this purpose. Request others to write about you and in their words to share with you what they appreciate, celebrate, admire, respect or love about you. Be sure to communicate honestly and clearly so they ( and their ego) know you are not seeking criticism, but rather communication about you to assist you to be lifted, supported and embraced in this part of your journey.

We celebrate your willingness to remember you are worthy of many things ~ including Love! That is all. God’s Blessings.” Ma-Ryah
