I just wanted to let everyone know there has not been a lot of updating done here on the web site because the respitory/sinus flu has found me! It is a pretty nasty strain and not much fun to deal with though today the fever is down and almost back in the normal range. I take that as a very positive sign that this flu will soon be leaving. I hope everyone is doing well and if you also have this flu, you have my compassion. If you don’t have it and it has passed you by, then you have my sincere wishes that it continues to stay away from you. As soon as I am up to ‘normal’ I will be posting new things here.

Thank you Chiffon. The main part of the flu is done and all that is left is the coughing and sinus condition. At least now I am able to be out and about again without infecting others. And now that healing is almost complete I can get back to adding new content here again. I am glad you like the changes to the website.
