Each morning breath is drawn in
as my eyes open to greet another day.
What will this day unfold and show to me?
Life does not always share with me
only moments of joy and happiness.
Sometimes my most precious gifts
have been the ones filled with the
most challenging moments of life,
yet through these moments I have found
the greater, most precious moments of life.
I dance the dance of life…
I dance the dance of love…
As I dance I seek to find
the balance of life…
each moment,
each breath,
and every day
I seek to find the balance of life.
Creator, what will you place before me
today so I may know the beauty
and love of life?
What challenges will you place before me
today so I may know the balance
and harmony of my life?
The gifts of nature lift me often
into a state of gratitude and awe.
When the balance I seek is not found
you fill my life with others to assist me
to once again find the balance of life.
I dance the dance of life…

Each moment of the dance
leading me ever forward
into the balance of life.
